OneNode DB provides a dashboard interface for managing databases. The Service is hosted in the United States but is accessible globally. Users can create accounts to utilize the features offered.

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features.
• Paid Subscriptions: All paid plans are on a pay-as-you-go basis and can be canceled at any time without penalty.
• Payments: Subscription fees are due in advance. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, features, and functionality, including the OneNode DB name and logo, are owned by OneNode DB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
• Trademark Notice: "OneNode" and the OneNode logo are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. User Conduct

• Prohibited Actions: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
